Booking policies, deposit guidelines, cancellation rights, and high-altitude travel disclosures.
1. Booking & Deposit Guarantee
To confirm a private tour package or helicopter charter with Nepal Trip Packages, a 20% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining 80% balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival in Kathmandu.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30+ Days Before Departure: 100% full refund of your deposit.
- 14 to 29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of total package price.
- Under 14 Days: Deposit retained for hotel non-refundable holds; full credit voucher issued for future travel.
3. Weather & Aviation Safety
Helicopter and mountain flight operations in Nepal are strictly subject to weather safety. If a helicopter flight is postponed due to weather, our ground team will reschedule or provide alternative luxury chauffeured ground transfers.
4. Insurance & Medical Requirements
All travelers are advised to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering emergency medical evacuation and trip interruption.
