To confirm your booking and lock in helicopter slots and 5-star lodge allocations, a 20% deposit is required. The remaining 80% balance is payable 14 days prior to your arrival in Kathmandu.
What happens if bad weather delays our helicopter flight?
Safety in the Himalayas is our highest priority. If poor weather prevents takeoff, we either reschedule for the following clear morning or issue a 100% full refund for the flight portion.
